Your diabetes, day by day, making sense.
Glucose, meals, insulin, mood, exercise, spending — written in five seconds, kept at the moment it happened. Within a few weeks you see what moves your day. And you walk into your appointment with the whole story.
Free. No traffic lights. No spreadsheets. Nothing written twice.
Nothing you live gets lost.
A reading, a meal, a dose, a bad night, a walk, a bill paid. DiaNotes keeps each one at the moment it happened — and, as the days add up, you start to see what the numbers alone do not tell: how mood, food, exercise, or the lack of each, move your day.
What changes in your day
It is not a list of screens. It is what you stop losing.
- 118in target now
Today: the whole day at a glance
Readings, meals and doses in the order they happened, with the 70–180 band drawn behind them. One look and you know how the day went — and what was around each number.
- 14mg/dLBefore a meal
Log: five seconds, done
Type the number, the app already knows the time. One tap picks the context — and the right target comes with it. The less it costs to write, the more days you write.
- HardHeavyNeutralGoodGreatBusy day, but the afternoon was calm. No hypo.
Diary: the month you lived, not just the number
How you felt, what happened, what changed. Hard days and good days side by side. It is what gives the numbers context when someone reads them — including you.

Spending: what diabetes really costs
Strips, insulin, appointments. Send a photo of the receipt and the app reads the items. At the end of the month you know the amount — with everything in order for a refund or a tax return.

Report: walk in with the whole story
Up to 30 days in one PDF: means, readings in target, meals, insulin, mood, notes. Made for a clinician to understand your routine in two minutes — without you having to remember everything on the spot.
- Got 142 before lunchNoted at 12:31. In target.
Telegram: log by talking, wherever you are
"Got 142 before lunch." By text, voice note or a photo of the receipt, and it is in the diary. For the days when opening an app is one thing too many.
Five seconds. That is what writing costs.
The time comes from the clock. The context — fasting, before or after a meal, bedtime — is one tap, and it is what picks your target. Carbs, dose and a line about the moment fit underneath, if you want them.
- The target is yours: diabetes type, treatment and pregnancy adjust the band.
- Nothing is saved by hand: every field saves itself.
- mg/dL or mmol/L — you choose in your Profile.
Log by talking, wherever you are
Turn the bot on in your Profile and your diary fits in a message. Text, a voice note or a photo of the receipt: DiaNotes reads it, shows what it understood and only saves when you tap Save.
- A number a model read waits for your tap. A line for the diary goes straight in.
- Voice is transcribed on the spot and never stored.
- It answers back — "how was my day?", "how much did I spend this month?" — from the same numbers the app uses.
Walk into the appointment with the whole story
Pick the period — up to 30 days — and DiaNotes builds a PDF a clinician reads in two minutes: summary, charts, readings in target by time of day and by context, insulin, meals, water, activity, mood, the day by day line by line, the notes and the spending. Download it, or send it by e-mail as an attachment.
Two things it does not do, on purpose
Made for people who live this every day
Type 1, type 2, LADA, MODY, gestational, prediabetes, type 3c, secondary, neonatal — and yours, if it is not here: you type it in. The type, the treatment and how you measure are what make the app read your numbers against your target, not a textbook's.

People who fingerstick or wear a sensor
You write the number; the app does the rest. It does not matter where it came from.
People who care for someone
A parent, a caregiver: there is one diary, and the report speaks for whoever cannot explain everything on the spot.
People with an appointment coming
Thirty days in one PDF, so you do not depend on memory in front of the doctor.
What we will not give up
No traffic lights
There is no red, amber or green. In target is plain ink; out of it is indigo, with a word beside it. A number read six times a day cannot be a verdict.
Nothing saved by hand
Every field saves itself. You never lose an entry by closing the screen.
Your data is yours
It stays in your account, leaves as a PDF whenever you want and is never sold to anyone.
It does not interpret for you
Patterns are observations, not a diagnosis. Your care team looks after the treatment.
What people usually ask
When does it launch?
On October 10, 2026. This page is up early so you can see what is coming.
Is it free?
Yes. Creating an account, logging, Today, the Diary, Spending and the Telegram bot are free. The AI report and the PDF have a daily limit on the free plan.
Does DiaNotes replace my doctor?
No, and it does not try to. It organizes what you wrote and shows patterns as observations — never as a diagnosis. Your care team decides the treatment.
Does it work with a sensor?
It works with any way of measuring: you write the number, wherever it came from. The app does not read the sensor on its own.
Who keeps my data?
You do. It stays in your account, leaves as a PDF whenever you want and is never sold or shared with anyone.
Do I need Telegram?
No. The bot is optional and you turn it on in your Profile whenever you like. Everything it does can also be done in the app.
Is there an app in the store?
DiaNotes is a web app: add it to your home screen and it opens like an app, with no store and no update to download.
Which unit?
mg/dL or mmol/L. You choose in your Profile and the app converts everything, targets included.
Your diary starts on October 10
Four fields and you are in. Then just keep writing the day down however it goes — we organize the rest.
